We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to the customer's own reasons, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to a product issue, please verify the issue with us first. Once confirmed, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Cryptocurrency payments are final. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our Refund Policy and may be issued in store credit or equivalent value.
For cryptocurrency payments: refunds may be issued as store credit or equivalent value, subject to blockchain limitations.
For card and PayPal payments: refunds are issued to the original payment method.
